Soon I will be starting on my third container of this great product. A friend got me started on it because she noticed how thin my hair was getting, she didnāt know how bad I hurt all over. My hair has a much thicker texture, I donāt hurt as much and I seem to have more energy. I mix it in hot chocolate powder and it dissolves and I never know itās there. The product is such a fine powder I think you could use it in anything, it dissolves instantly, no clumps. Very happy with the effectiveness of this product.
